2. Products and Prices
All prices on the webshop are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, and sold-out items.
3. Payment
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online. Payment is charged when the item is shipped. All payments are processed securely via QuickPay.
4. Delivery
We ship via PostNord, GLS, and DAO. Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on package weight and delivery method. You can also choose parcel shop pickup.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending us an unambiguous declaration (email or letter) before the deadline expires. It is sufficient that the message is sent before the deadline.

6. Warranty (Reklamationsret)
You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). The warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery. In the first 12 months, a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery (reversed burden of proof). Contact us at info@kreativ-shoppen.dk to file a complaint.

8. Applicable Law
Purchases in the webshop are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be decided by the Danish courts.
