Right of Withdrawal

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g., an email). You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods — whichever is earliest.

3. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Value Depreciation

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may try the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications (custom-made goods)
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, which have been opened
